reconnect with the universal life-force through voice, creativity and ritual One of the greatest gifts of being a human creature is the ability to create our own personal path of inner growth and development. The Sound of Creation Immersive retreat is designed to introduce various tools and set a supportive atmosphere for exploration, healing and self-empowerment. Integrated from the rich worlds of yoga and meditation, mantra and sound healing, ThetaHealing, myth, ritual, artistic expression and nature, this workshop allows a reconnection with the healing properties of our body, voice, emotion, mind and spirit.

During the 5-day program you will learn and practice therapeutic tools for personal growth and facilitation: Deepening inner listening Strengthening and balancing emotional and vocal expression Healing relationship with the body and self image Managing challenges, stress and crisis Cultivating creativity and inspiration Enhancing concentration and imagination Strengthening mental resilience, the immune system and enhancing vitality Cultivating your personal spiritual path Reclaiming the power of ritual and community
What will we practice in the workshop?
We'll begin with Meditation perhaps the most essential practice, becoming the foundation for everything else. Through Breath, we'll connect to vitality and life-energy via Pranayama and yogic breathwork. The Heart Song, a profound practice from the world of ThetaHealing, will guide us in releasing and transforming "stuck" emotional energy. We'll explore Mantra and the healing power of sacred sounds, and through Movement, connect to the inner rhythms of nature through the body. Relaxation techniques drawn from yoga will cultivate balance and inner peace. Creativity will open the door to personal expression and inspiration through colour, form, painting and playfulness. Myth stories of ancient wisdom will serve as a tool for inner discovery. And together, through Community and Ritual, we will co-create a supportive space for growth and connection.

Eating Together
The table is also part of the retreat. We sit together, eat plants, and let the body rest.
The food is cooked in Terra Rosa's kitchen by our chef and the participants of the Queer Ashram program people who have chosen to live here, care for this place, and bring intention into everything that comes out of the kitchen. Fresh ingredients from the Catalan land, hands that cook from a place of presence the food here is part of the very thing you came looking for.
