The Mansion

Facilities
Indoor Practice Space. On the second floor of the main house, you'll find a spacious, light-filled practice area with high ceilings and a rustic design, overlooking the forest. The practice space is fully equipped with yoga props, including mats, straps, blocks, and more. The studio also features a sound system and speakers available for use.
Central Living Room
On the first floor of the main house, there is a spacious and colorful lounge with a unique design. It features comfortable seating couches, ideal for a chill-out zone, a social area for retreat guests, or for seated workshops.

Our Kitchen
Our kitchen team brings flavors and inspiration from around the world, crafting colorful, plant-based meals each day. Meals are mostly vegetarian, with eggs and dairy served at breakfast. You may choose between a fully vegetarian or vegan menu served buffet-style.
We place great care in using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers whenever possible. Our approach to food is rooted in balance, sustainability, and soulfulness - supporting your journey with nourishment that inspires and energizes.
Please note: The kitchen operates on a fixed schedule and serves three meals daily. We are unable to accommodate requests for fewer meals per day.
The Area
Surrounding Terra Rosa, you’ll find the medieval city of Girona, with its cobblestone alleys, imposing Gothic cathedral (famously featured in Game of Thrones), and the iconic red bridge spanning the Onyar River.
Further south lies the beach town of Tossa de Mar, home to the remarkably preserved medieval fortress (Vila Vella), perched above the Mediterranean and offering unforgettable sunset views.
Stretching along the coastline is the scenic Camí de Ronda trail, weaving between hidden coves, pine forests, and dramatic cliffs - considered one of the most beautiful coastal hikes in Catalonia.
Both Tossa de Mar and the nearby wild nudist beach of Lloret de Mar are within easy reach: just a 15-minute drive, or a relaxed three-hour forest hike.
