Connect to the inner journey of the breath and embrace the healing powers that come from our unique gay-queer experience. At the retreat, each day begins with an interactive intention-setting workshop, guiding us into the theme of the day and helping us arrive at the breathwork ceremony with clarity and purpose. These ceremonies use conscious breathing to open emotional pathways, release held tension, and access altered states of consciousness—inviting visions, insights, and deep healing. Grounded by daily practices like yoga, meditation, and group work, we prepare the body and mind for the depth that breathwork can unlock.
Breath by breath, we connect to the different archetypes and forces within us, in a space where our stories, wounds, and desires are held in community. Through ritual, vulnerability, and authentic connection, we create space to listen inward, release what no longer serves us, and expand into new realms of being.
