TERRA ROSA is a dream manifested, a global queer center located in the heart of Catalonia. It is a home, a sustainable livelihood, and a life project born from a group of passionate Faeries. Our vision is to build an open-hearted community rooted in nature and authentic connection. While we host retreats, workshops, and festivals for the wider world, for us, Faerie gatherings are the heartbeat of this land. We see TERRA ROSA as a vessel for personal and communal growth, where individuality and togetherness thrive side by side.

Not in the traditional sense of land owned by a non-profit trust solely for Faeries. It is a private initiative led by a community of founders who live here. However, it is a spiritual home for Faeries. We operate as "communal but not a commune." We are the stewards of the land, offering it as a safe harbor and a playground for the Radical Faerie community to gather, heal, and celebrate.

TERRA ROSA is nestled in the stunning landscape of Catalonia, specifically within the wild and beautiful Costa Brava region. We are just a 10-minute drive from the historic seaside town of Tossa de Mar, where the mountains meet the Mediterranean. Our home is rooted in history - the main farmhouse, known as CAN MUNDET, has stood on this land for generations, carrying the stories of those who lived and worked here before us. We are honored to be its current stewards, breathing new life into its ancient walls. Logistically, we are conveniently situated 1 hour from Barcelona, 35 mins from Girona, and 20 mins from the nearest train station -Sils. We believe in Radical Transparency. We want to ensure that TERRA ROSA can be sustainable while remaining accessible and supportive of the Faerie community. Here is the agreement we have established for gatherings: • The "Faerie Rate": The rent charged to Faerie gatherings is set at 50% of the standard rate we charge external events or private clients. • Surplus Fund: Any surplus (profit) generated from a gathering does not go into TERRA ROSA’s general pocket. It is transferred to a dedicated "Faerie Fund." • Use of Funds: This fund is reserved strictly for future Faerie gatherings (to subsidize costs, cover gatherings that don't break even, or fund specific art/community projects). Stewardship: In the future, we aim to establish a "TERRA ROSA'S FAERIE STEWARD’s Circle" to decide together how these funds are best used.

Transparency is key. After gatherings, a financial report detailing income and expenses will be shared with all participants. We are also working on a dedicated page to display these figures permanently, ensuring clarity and trust.

We are deeply aware of the complexities of our origins and the pain of the current reality. TERRA ROSA aspires to be a Brave Space. This means we do not shy away from the conflict; rather, we try to engage with it through the practice of heart-centered dialogue. We are a mixed community: Palestinian, Israeli, and international ,living and working together. We stand firmly against genocide, occupation, and violence. Crucially, we apply the Faerie practice of Subject-Subject consciousness to this reality. We choose to see each other as a whole human being and listen to each other’s unique story and pain, rather than judging or canceling based on place of birth, religion, or the actions of governments. We do not tolerate Antisemitism nor Islamophobia.

This space is for all queers who resonate with the Radical Faerie call - to connect with nature, to explore subject-subject consciousness, and to peel off the masks of the default world. Whether you are a long-time Faerie or this is your first time hearing the call, you are welcome.

We are building a life here, simple yet exciting. Accommodations vary from indoor rooms to camping options, depending on the specific gathering. We ask you to come with an open mind and a willingness to participate in the co-creation of the space during your stay.
