1. Invitations for Community Life & Safety
We aspire for TERRA ROSA to be a sanctuary. By joining us, you agree to engage in Subject-Subject consciousness, treating our community, the stewards, and the property with deep respect.
Our Agreements: To keep our space clear and focused, we invite you to leave alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials behind.

Your Belongings: While we strive to provide a secure environment, you remain the guardian of your personal items.
Tending the Nest: We ask that you care for the facilities as if they were your own. As a communal space, your help in keeping it beautiful is vital.
Conscious Safety: We ask for your cooperation in avoiding any behavior that could endanger yourself or others. Following the safety guidance of the stewards and our emergency protocols is essential for the well-being of the whole.
Protecting the Space: To preserve our communal peace, we reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if they violate the law, endanger others, or significantly disrupt the harmony of the gathering.

2. Assumption of Risk & Self-Care
Co-creating in a natural setting is an adventure that involves inherent risks—physical, emotional, and environmental.
Personal Responsibility: By joining us, you take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being. TERRA ROSA cannot be held liable for injuries, illnesses, or losses caused by third parties, nature, or personal actions.
Self-Care & Insurance: To ensure you are protected, we require all participants to have valid medical insurance for their entire stay. We also strongly recommend travel insurance for unforeseen changes.
Holding the Space: Participants agree to hold harmless TERRA ROSA and its team from any claims or damages arising from their participation or a breach of these terms.

3. The Breath of Fire: Emergency Procedures
Fire safety is sacred and critical in our Mediterranean landscape. The use of candles, incense, fireworks, or any form of open flame is strictly prohibited. If you spot a hazard, please alert a steward immediately.

4. Limitation of Liability
While we aim for a transformative experience, our legal liability is limited. TERRA ROSA is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for your specific stay or program.

5. Well-being & Fitness to Participate
We want you to thrive here. Please ensure you are physically and mentally prepared for the rustic nature of life at TERRA ROSA.
Informed Care: By attending, you confirm you have shared any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations that may require our awareness.

Safety Awareness: If we have concerns regarding your safety or the safety of the circle, we reserve the right to require medical clearance or restrict participation in certain activities.

TERRA ROSA is a natural, rustic environment. This means you will encounter uneven ground, local wildlife, and the insects that call this land home. By staying with us, you acknowledge these natural elements as part of the experience and agree to follow all safety signs and steward guidance regarding the terrain.
